Sultan Hasanuddin
http://334012.libg.asia/index.php/zonalaut/article/view/36122

The aim of this study is to determine the time required in the evacuation of the passengers KL. Sultan Hasanuddin when it experienced a fire based on IMO regulations. Data from the National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT) shows that 221 shipping accidents were investigated during 2007-2023. The majority of accidents are classified as ships on fire (33 percent) with one of the biggest handling focuses on passenger ships and most of the accidents resulted in fatalities, so it is necessary to provide input and information regarding the evacuation of passengers and cadets regarding the process and time of evacuation when the ship experiences a fire. The type of research is quantitative research using pathfinder software simulation whose evacuation route is based on safety plan data fo KL. Sultan Hasanuddin. From the simulation results and analysis obtained the time required in evacuating passengers KL. Sultan Hasanuddin when experiencing a fire based on the provisions of IMO MSC.1/Circ.1238 in night conditions is 25.44 minutes and in daytime conditions 24, 43 minutes, which is faster during the day due to the distribution of passengers on the deck which reduces the density on the evacuation route. The alternative evacuation route on the main deck is 24% faster than the evacuation route planned in the Safety Plan, thus providing an opportunity for passengers to evacuate faster and avoid fire smoke.
Ismail IsmailAbdul MajidIrwansyah IrwansyahAndi Dirga Noegraha

http://334012.libg.asia/index.php/zonalaut/article/view/35887

Indonesia is a country whose territory consists mostly of waters and islands, to support the health sector, especially for remote and inland areas and disaster emergency response activities, a means of transportation is needed that can cover and serve the area, one of which is the Hospital Auxiliary Ship (BRS). This ship is equipped with hospital facilities and infrastructure equivalent to a Type C Hospital. In its operation, the ship cannot be separated from mooring activities, therefore, the existence of a windlass as a supporting facility for lowering anchor activities is important. The windlass foundation must have optimal strength and efficiency by taking into account the reference or class as the standard used. With these considerations, this research was conducted to determine the optimality of the windlass foundation used by the Hospital Auxiliary Ship, by analyzing the maximum stress value, maximum deflection, and safety factor using the Finite Element Method. The analysis is carried out by providing load variations, namely ship loads and environmental loads. The simulation results will be compared with the calculation results based on Lloyd's Register Rules and Regulation and Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI) regulations. Reviewing the simulation results due to ship loads and environmental loads when the windlass angle is 0o, the maximum stress is 25.56 MPa, the maximum deflection is 0.01366 mm, and the safety factor is 7.81. Meanwhile, when the windlass angle is 25o, the maximum stress is 23.29 MPa, the maximum deflection is 0.01346 mm, and the safety factor is 8.58. Based on the results of calculations and analysis, it is concluded that several criteria with several angular positions formed by the windlass before and during operation still meet the criteria set by Lloyd's Register Rules and Regulation and Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia.
Agung PrasetyoAprilia Ina Miftaqhul JannahLuqman Cahyono

http://334012.libg.asia/index.php/zonalaut/article/view/35402

Breakwater is a very effective wave dampening building to be used as a coastal protection against coastal abrasion by destroying wave energy before it reaches the coast. The working mechanism of the OWC type is the rise and fall of ocean waves which will push the air in the OWC column, then will rotate the turbine connected to the generator to produce electricity.

This study aims to determine the effect of slope and opening height on breakwater on wave reflection. Then analyze the parameters that affect the amount of wave reflection and compare the resulting wave parameters.

This research was conducted at the Hydraulics Laboratory, Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University. The method used was experimental based. The resulting wave characteristics consist of three depth variations, three period variations and three stroke variations. The research model used is an Oscillating Water Column (OWC) type breakwater with slope variations of 45°, 60° and 90° and open wall variations as high as 5 cm, 10 cm and 15 cm. The reading of the water level fluctuation is done electronically through the reading of the wave monitor.

The results showed that the magnitude of the reflection coefficient is influenced by structural parameters, namely the slope and height of the model opening and hydraulic parameters, namely depth, period and wave height. The effect of the model slope on the reflection coefficient is that the greater the slope, the greater the reflection coefficient value. The effect of the model opening height is that the greater the opening height, the smaller the reflection coefficient value.
Riswal KarammaA.Subhan MustariMukhsan P.HattaSilman PongmandaAriningsih SupraptiSt.Nur RahmahMuhammad Rifaldi Mustamin

http://334012.libg.asia/index.php/zonalaut/article/view/32945

On a Ship seasickness (motion sickness) is a condition caused by the movement of a ship that results in dizziness, nausea, and vomiting. The Motion Sickness Incidence (MSI) Study on the Patrol Catamaran (KAL-28) aims to evaluate the comfort level of passengers and the safety of the ship's crew during operations, following the ISO 2631/1997 standards. The evaluation is conducted on the vertical acceleration response of the ship under various wave conditions, speeds, and wave directions. Mapping is performed in various areas of the ship, including the deck, navigation room, and engine room, considering wave heights of 0.875 meters and 2 meters at speeds of 15 knots, 22.5 knots, and 30 knots. The research results indicate that at a speed of 15 knots, the deck area, navigation room, and engine room meet the criteria from comfortable to somewhat uncomfortable. However, at speeds of 22.5 knots and 30 knots, these areas are rated as somewhat uncomfortable to very uncomfortable. This study emphasizes the need for ship design that considers both passenger comfort and safety, especially for patrol catamarans.
Muhammad Thareq MaulanaBagyo SuwasonoDidik HariantoSutiyo SutiyoAli Munazid

http://334012.libg.asia/index.php/zonalaut/article/view/35925

A minimalist platform is a platform with a smaller and simpler deck and has less equipment. Minimalist platforms are generally designed for fields with lower reservoir reserves and are expected to have low costs in terms of fabrication and installation. One of the studies in developing a minimalist platform is about a conductor pipe that functions as a well and as the leg of the platform. This platform is susceptible to deflection under lateral and axial loads. In this research, an analysis will be carried out on the conductor pipe as a single pile which is subjected to a combination of lateral and axial loads to determine the stress and deflection that occurs in the conductor leg. This study was conducted using the finite element method with ABAQUS software. Inclination variations were carried out to determine the strength of the conductor leg when an inclination occurs. The result of this study was found that the conductor leg with an inclination of up to 1.5 degrees still had a stress below 0.6 yield. The result of this analysis shows that the conductor leg’s stress increases with increasing inclination. The maximum stress occurs at 1.5o of inclination which is 82.45 MPa under operating conditions and 125.45 MPa under extreme conditions. This stress is still below the allowable stress of 213 MPa (0.6 yields).
Kunthi Ulfa Diatri PrabawaniRudi Walujo PrastiantoHandayanu Handayanu
